We have some of everything, including traditional office coffee equipment, single cup brewers, and bean to cup machines.
Where do you provide your services?
Our headquarters are located in Pottstown, PA, but we serve Greater Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley, Berks County, Lancaster County, New Jersey, and Delaware. See our full list of service areas here. How long have you been in business?

What is your business retention rate once they sign on with you?

Does your company have liability insurance?
Yes, we carry all required insurances.
How often do your machines get service?
We track sales daily and customize your service days, according to your location. (Your machines will be serviced according to your usage of the machines.) By combining remote monitoring and in-person restocks, we ensure the machines are full of products that are popular with your associates.
Can I request any items I want?
Yes – we are happy to special order items upon request!
Can I trust my machines or market to stay full?
Yes – always. One Source Refreshment began because we noticed other companies failing to do this! We will always make sure to keep your market and vending machines full through remote real time monitoring and in-person visits.
Can I improve sustainability initiatives with you?
Absolutely. Our warehouse has solar panels, so we are now generating more energy than we’re using! In addition, we utilize remote monitoring, efficient trucks, regularly recycle items, and carefully choose eco-friendly brands like Bodecker.
What if I have a problem? What are my next steps?

Do you have your own mechanic for fixing machines or any technical issues?
Yes, of course. We have over 12 highly trained and experienced technicians working throughout our service area for a prompt response.
What’s the average turnaround time once I make a call about the issue?
Approximately 24 hours. Many issues are handled the same day.
How do you handle storing products before delivery to my location?
We store our items at our pristine warehouse. We use our own trucks to load and deliver items, then use our customer-centric employees to stock items. Our inventory system allows us to keep all items fresh and ready for your break room.
Can I visit your facility?
Absolutely! We are happy to show off our systems and specifically-designed warehouse. In fact, we recently installed solar panels, so we are now generating more electricity than we can use.
What do I do if I’m already in a contract with a current vending service provider?
Let us know about your situation. There are many ways to deal with existing contracts. We have been able to help companies out of situations they no longer want to be a part of on multiple occasions.
I need a refund. What should I do?

What is the set up cost?
It’s actually free! There’s no cost to you for the labor, transportation, installation, set up, stocking, servicing, and maintenance.
Is there theft with a self-checkout market?
With our micro-market service, we install cameras and monitors completely free of charge. Employees can see themselves on the monitors above the payment kiosk. This is proven to deter theft.
Is this a good way to entice employees to come back to the office?
Yes, it’s a great way to entice employees to return to the office. For many, it’s a way to increase morale, boost productivity, and enhance the break room. In addition, job seekers tend to look for perks like these, so you can stand out from the competition too.
Can I tailor the food items to my preferences?
Of course! We will tailor the food, snacks, and beverages to your preferences. In addition, we will track the sales data, trends, and buying habits. This ensures your market stays full of the items everyone wants!
OFFICE COFFEE
What types of coffee machines do you offer?
We have some of everything, including traditional office coffee equipment, single cup brewers, and bean to cup machines.
Is water filtration an option with you?
Yes, of course. We provide ice and water solutions, whether that’s a countertop model, floor model, or a cooler that attaches directly to your water supply line. (Better water is the key to better coffee too!) Please visit our water filtration page for more information.
What brands of coffee do you offer?
We have many brands to choose from, including Wawa, Barrie House, Alterra, Bodecker Brewed – and more! We provide tea as well, such as Tazo. Read more about our office coffee products here.
If I need more coffee and supplies, what do I do?
Simply place an order by calling us when you need more coffee or supplies! It’s very easy and we’ll take care of everything from there.
Will you clean the coffee equipment or do I have to do it?
We’ll take care of it! Preventative maintenance is included in our service, as well as cleaning when restocking.
Can I make requests for a certain coffee brand?
Ask us! Yes, we have many popular coffee brands and varieties to choose from.
